I picked them because I needed my laundry back quickly, but wow, what a mistake. The turnaround was way slower than expected, and I ended up playing “update detective” for days, constantly checking in just to figure out where my stuff was.
By the time it finally came back, the delay had already thrown off my whole week. Maybe they’re fine for people with unlimited socks and zero plans, but for me, the whole thing was not worth it. I won’t be using them again.

This was disappointing. I sent in a totally normal load of laundry, nothing crazy, and a few shirts came back with the exact same stains still sitting there like nobody bothered to check. One hoodie even had this weird smell to it, kind of like it got the world’s laziest wash. For what they charge, I expected way better than this amateur-hour nonsense. Maybe my order was just unlucky, but I’m not wasting my money on them again...

Am I the only one who’s had their clothes come back looking worse than when they dropped them off? My shirts felt weirdly rough after, and one of the sleeves looked stretched out. Disappointing.

I messaged customer service twice and had to wait days just to get a reply. When they finally answered, it barely helped and didn’t fix the problem. What made it even more annoying was having to verify my info over and over like we were starting from scratch each time. Frustrating experience overall...

I’ve used Fresh Laundry a few times now, and the pickup experience has been solid overall. Most of the time they’ve arrived within the scheduled window, and the one time they were running a little late, they did send me a text, which I appreciated.

The delivery side has been more of a mixed bag. One order came back right on schedule, but another got pushed to the next day, which was a bit frustrating since I was counting on having those clothes back.

That said, the clothes were clean and I didn’t have any major issues with the quality. I just wish the timing were more consistent, because convenience is really the main reason I’m using a pickup and delivery laundry service in the first place

I tried freshlaundry.us and felt like the prices were high for what I got. The service just didn’t really feel worth the cost to me, so I don’t think I’d use them again. Did anyone else have the same issue, or was my experience just off?
